1. Our Role

• Allbeauti is a booking and payment platform.
• Treatments are provided by independent beauticians and clinics, not by Allbeauti directly.
• We are not responsible for treatment outcomes, advice, or aftercare.

2. Using Our Platform

• You must be 18 years or older to book treatments.
• You agree to provide accurate details when creating an account or booking.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and login secure.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Allbeauti.
• A confirmation email will be sent after a successful booking.
• Beauticians receive payments after Allbeauti’s service fee/commission is deducted.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Each beautician sets their own cancellation and refund policy. This will be shown on their profile before booking.
• If no policy is provided, the Allbeauti minimum policy applies: no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours or for missed appointments.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure you meet any medical, health, or age requirements for the chosen treatment.
• Follow all pre- and post-treatment advice given by your beautician.
• Raise any concerns about treatment directly with your beautician.

6. Beautician Responsibilities

• Beauticians confirm they are qualified, insured, and licensed to provide listed treatments.
• They must display accurate prices, treatment details, and policies.
• They are solely responsible for services delivered.

7. Disputes

• Allbeauti may help mediate disputes between clients and beauticians.
• However, Allbeauti is not legally liable for any claims, damages, or results of treatments.

8. Account Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the platform, breach these terms, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site means acceptance of the changes.
