Allbeauti Client Booking Policy

When booking through Allbeauti, you agree to the following:

  1. Platform Role – Allbeauti is a booking and payment platform connecting clients with independent beauticians and clinics. Treatments are provided directly by the beauticians, not Allbeauti.

  2. Payments – All payments are securely processed through Allbeauti. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  3. Refunds & Cancellations – Each beautician sets their own cancellation and refund policy, which will be shown on their profile. Please review before booking. If no policy is provided, the Allbeauti minimum applies: no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or for missed appointments.

  4. Rescheduling – If you need to reschedule, please contact your beautician directly as early as possible.

  5. Disputes – Allbeauti can assist in mediating disputes but is not responsible for treatment outcomes. Any concerns about results or aftercare should be raised directly with your beautician.
