Refund & Cancellation Policy – Allbeauti
At Allbeauti, we provide a secure and simple way to connect clients with trusted beauty and aesthetic professionals. Please note that Allbeauti is a booking platform and does not provide beauty treatments directly. Refunds and cancellations are managed according to the policies of each individual beautician or clinic.
Cancellations
• Each beautician sets their own cancellation terms, which will be shown at the time of booking.
• We recommend reviewing these terms carefully before confirming your appointment.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your Allbeauti account or by contacting your provider directly.
Refunds
• Refund eligibility depends on the individual provider’s policy.
• If a refund is approved by your beautician or clinic, it will be processed via your original payment method.
• Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
• Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or missed without notice may not be eligible for a refund, unless stated otherwise by the beautician.
Platform Role
• Allbeauti securely processes payments between clients and providers.
• We are not responsible for the quality of services or disputes regarding treatments, but we are happy to assist in communicating with your beautician if needed.
