1. Professional Standards – You confirm that you hold valid qualifications, insurance, and licenses to provide the treatments you list.

2. Payments & Commission – All bookings and payments are processed through Allbeauti. A platform commission will be deducted before funds are transferred to you.

3. Cancellations & Refunds – You must clearly state your cancellation and refund policy in your profile. If no policy is provided, Allbeauti’s minimum standard applies: no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

4. Client Care – You agree to provide services in a safe, ethical, and professional manner.

5. Disputes – Allbeauti may assist in mediating disputes, but is not liable for treatment outcomes. Repeated unresolved disputes may lead to removal from the platform.
